2025 All-ACC Women’s Lacrosse Team Announced

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference released its 2025 All-ACC Women’s Lacrosse Team on Tuesday, April 22, following a vote of the league’s 12 head coaches. Ranked No. 1 and 2 nationally, North Carolina and Boston College each had eight All-ACC honorees. The Tar Heels and Eagles combined for 11 of the 16 first-team honorees, with Boston College nabbing seven first-team honors and UNC claiming four.

Boston College’s Rachel Clark claimed first-team honors for the third straight season but was one of just four seniors out of the 16 players on the first team. In all, just 16 of the 49 players honored were seniors, while 22 were underclassmen.

Clark and teammate Shea Dolce (goalkeeper) were the only players to repeat on the first team from 2024, while BC’s Mckenna Davis and UNC’s Brooklyn Walker-Welch earned first-team honors for the second time in three seasons after claiming the distinction in 2023.

The ACC Attacker, Midfielder, Defender, Freshman, Goalkeeper and Coach of the Year awards will be announced following the ACC Women’s Lacrosse Championship.

Seven ACC teams are ranked in the latest IL Women/IWLCA poll, including four in the top 10, – North Carolina (1), Boston College (2), Virginia (8), Duke (10), Stanford (13), Clemson (16) and Syracuse (17). The ACC has the most teams in the poll among all conferences.
