2024-25 All-ACC Academic Men’s Basketball Team Announced

2024-25 All-ACC Academic Team
 
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its 2024-25 Men’s Basketball All-ACC Academic Team on Tuesday, April 29. 
 
The team is comprised of 77 student-athletes, highlighted by 11 All-ACC honorees from the 2024-25 season, including four first teamers: Chase Hunter (Clemson), Cooper Flagg (Duke), Chucky Hepburn (Louisville) and Maxime Raynaud (Stanford). Three Second-Team All-ACC honorees also earned spots on the All-ACC Academic Team: Kon Knueppel (Duke), Jamir Watkins (Florida State) and RJ Davis (North Carolina).
 
Third-team All-ACC pick Tyrese Proctor of Duke notched a position on the All-ACC Academic Team, as did Honorable Mention selections Khaman Maluach (Duke), J.J. Starling (Syracuse) and Isaac McKneely (Virginia).
 
Raynaud was tabbed the 2025 Skip Prosser Award winner as the league’s scholar-athlete of the year before the ACC Tournament and was presented his award prior to the Cardinal’s first game in the event.
 
Stanford led all schools with nine honorees on the 2024-25 All-ACC Academic Team, while Duke and NC State had seven selections.
 
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one’s academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team’s contests.
