2025 All-ACC Women’s Golf Team and Award Winners Announced

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Florida State junior Mirabel Ting has been named the 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Golfer of the Year, while Stanford’s Meja Örtengren was voted ACC Freshman of the Year by the league’s head coaches. In addition, FSU head coach Amy Bond was named ACC Coach of the Year.

Ting and Örtengren, along with 2025 ACC individual medalist Andrea Revuelta of Stanford, headlined a group of 15 golfers who earned All-ACC Team honors. The ACC individual champion is automatically a member of the All-ACC Team.

All-ACC Team selections are determined by a combination of the NCAA-approved individual national rankings and a vote by the conference’s head coaches. Yearly award winners are selected by a vote of the league’s 15 head coaches.

Ting, currently ranked No. 1 in the latest Scoreboard rankings entering Regionals, recorded five victories during the 2024-25 and never finished below sixth in any event. Most recently, Ting finished third alongside teammate Lottie Woad at the 2025 ACC Women’s Golf Championship at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Miri, Malaysia, native never finished over par in any tournament this season and currently carries a nation-leading 66.9 scoring average. Ting also ranks second in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR), just behind Woad.

Örtengren is ranked No. 5 in the latest Scoreboard rankings and finished in the top 10 of every tournament she participated in this season. The Linköping, Sweden, native earned her first collegiate win at the San Diego Classic on February 11, finishing at 15-under, eight strokes ahead of teammate Paula Martin Sampedro, who placed second. Örtengren enters next week with a 68.6 scoring average and is coming off a 68 in the final round of stroke play at the 2025 ACC Women’s Golf Championship.

Bond led Florida State to its first-ever ACC title and a No. 1 seed in next week’s NCAA Women’s Golf Regionals. It marks FSU’s first No. 1 seed under Bond and the sixth consecutive season the Seminoles have been a top-3 seed. Winning five events throughout 2024-25, the Seminoles are currently ranked third nationally in the latest Scoreboard rankings.

A league-record 12 ACC teams and three individuals will compete at the NCAA Regionals beginning Monday, May 5. The top five teams and the low individual not on an advancing team will advance to participate in the NCAA Championships held May 16-21 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Golf Course in Carlsbad, California.
